It's full of fun and quilty things!
Emily has a weekly post on Wednesday, called "what a great idea" (wagi) and she featured my "minky photo book tutorial" this week.

Happy Halloween!

I had so much fun going trick or treating with my family!
Bridger was Willie Wonka.
Kennedy was Mary Poppins.
Charlotte was Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz.
Here they are with their new baby sister, Lucy. She's a kitten :)
This is Maisie, she calls herself Red.
Maisie is always a blurr of activity and this is the best shot I could get of her!
Maisie's little brother Benjamin, is the big, bad wolf!
Reagan is a cute little witch :)
Neo was a princess.
My daughter Vanessa was Cat Woman, her puppy Luna was a bumblebee.
My daughter Lindsay (Bridger, Kennedy, Charlotte and Lucy's mom was a pirate.
My son in law Dave, well I'm not sure what he was, but he looks prepared!
He is Maisie and Ben's dad.
This is my son Jordan as Uncle Cyrus, and my husband who looks like one of the Thompson brothers from Tintin!
This is me, a hippie.
Charlotte kept telling me that I didn't look like Grammy!
Last, but definitely not least, is Kim, my daughter in law.
She is married to Jordan and is Reagan's mother.
See what she is dressed up as?
She is expecting her second child and our tenth grandchild, in May!
Woohoo!
We figured out the news when she was wearing her cute shirt!
Happy Halloween!

Hallowe'en Pennant

I love pennants hanging in front of the fireplace.
I wanted one for Hallowe'en, so I bought some fabric on the quilt shop hop I went on a few weeks ago.

This little green monster fabric is so cute, and the purple fabric is crawling with spiders!

Here are the monsters in orange, along with some candy corn.

I really love this fabric!!!
This fabric and the two monster ones are by "Sweetwater".
They always have really different collections.

Here is the pennant on the fireplace.
I think it looks really pretty but unfortunately, it doesn't look much like Hallowe'en.
Since the pennant has fall colors, I think I'll just keep it up throughout the Thanksgiving holiday.

Hallowe'en Cuties!

I told you that my husband and I were spending Hallowe'en with our kids and grandkids, and that I would show you some photos.

This is my oldest daughter Rebecca, with her new little baby, Benjamin.  He is 8 weeks old, and his due date was on Hallowe'en.

This is Maisie, Benjamin's big sister.  She is two and is dressed as a fish with lots of personality! One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish.

This is my oldest son Jordan, his wife Kimalee and their daughter Reagan, who will be two in three weeks.  Reagan is their adorable little cow, and when she walked, her red cow bell would jingle :)

This is Neo (nay-oh), my son Addison and his wife Mabulane's little girl.  She just turned two, and isn't very cooperative when I am trying to take her photo!

Neo is dressed as a cute little cowgirl.

I finally got a smile!

This is Bridger, he is 7 and in second grade, in Chinese immersion.  He is a very handsome vampire!  My daughter Lindsay made all three of her children's costumes and their photos are taken by a professional photographer.

Kennedy is 5, and in Kindergarten.
Isn't she the prettiest with ever?

This is Charlotte, she is 2.  She is a precocious
"scawee black cat"!!!

Here are some closeups with my husband and I and our grandchildren.

Me, Kennedy and Charlotte

Me and Kennedy

Help, a vampire is trying to bite me!!!

My husband Rick, with Maisie :)

Reagan really loves her Grandpa :)

Now you can see why I sew for my grandchildren so much, I love them!!!
